WHO IS MICHELLE HEDGEMON? Michelle Hedgemon believes that while her life’s purpose serves as a model of healing and restoration, her ultimate desire is for her life to always provide a methodology in meeting provisions in supporting women holistically. Lady Michelle has an all-inclusive passion in serving others through healthcare advocacy. Professionally, in 2001 she attained her very first certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse from Pearl River Community College. Shortly thereafter, she attained an Associate’s Degree Nursing from Meridian Community College, 2007. Lady Michelle also attained her Bachelors of Science Nursing from Western Governor’s University, 2019 and now holds a Master of Science Nursing, Walden University, 2023. Lady Michelle will earn Board Certification in Acute Gerontology/Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Licensure in 2024. She matriculated through acute and long term care settings in areas of general adult, pediatric, pain treatment, pain management, telemetry, pre-op/ recovery, homecare hospice, rehabilitative residential and intensive care- high observation units. Additionally, she worked at the Meridian Public School District for 5 years as a Lead instructor in Secondary Education of Health Science at Ross Collins Career & Technical Center (MHS). |
